I would like to take the opportunity to convey my thanks to Asset Managers who were brought in by Peter Harkins for my flood claim. My house is currently on the market with open homes every Sunday. A leak was discovered and there was considerable water in the ceiling which had gone down the walls through to the carpets in my son's room and the hot water cupboard. Needless to say it was extremely stressful even though it was not a major event in the scheme of things but there was an urgency to get it fixed and back on the market with open homes. From the moment Asset Managers came and did the initial assessment I felt comfortable that all would be put right. I cannot praise their efficiency enough. All workmen arrived on time and did exactly what they said they would do with minimum disruption to my already busy life. Special thanks to Shayne who co-ordinated the whole thing to ensure all work was done as efficiently and seamlessly as possible. Sheena

I am writing to you to say thank you. David, Jacquie, the painters and the others who came to my house did an awesome job on my kitchen after the fire. I had my kitchen repainted, pantry wall replaced, stove + range hood(New) all hooked up and finished within 48hours after my call to my insurance company. I have also sent them a letter telling them what a fabulous team I think you all are.

I would normally write a formal letter of thanks but due to the circumstances this email is the best i can manage due to my work and time restraints. My wife and myself unfortunately were the victim of an arson attack in the early hours of Saturday morning 25/07/09 .
This was the result of myself going to the aid of a young girl who has being attacked in the dark beside our house. The good news is the girl managed to escape but unfortunately for my efforts I received three broken ribs abd one broken arm not to mention numerous stitches to my head.
The police arrested the attackers who were out on bail for assault(go figure) and once more charged them assault. The main offender stays up the road in a state house with his ex partner which is incredibly disconcerting to say the least.
He was due in court last Tuesday so as a parting shot we suspect he was the one who thre a Molotov cocktail through our lounge French Doors.
You can imagine how we felt and the emotional rollercoaster we have been on, it has truly been horrific!! Tony the Area Manager arrived on site on Saturday morning and it was like a scene from a TV commercial the way Tony calmed us down and reassured us that could fic the house prior to the settlement date of the 07/08/09.
The house had sold and we were moving on and starting our lives again so it was a race against time. Tony arranged for Asset Managers to come to the house and investigate the damage and Anton the owner of the company was on site first thing Monday.
His professionalism was second to none and his team have been the most amazing set of builders and painter that we have witnessed.
I don't know how to say how much we appriciate all the work that AMI have done as words fails me. AMI have exceeded all expectations that anyone could have and as a couple we will endeavor to promote AMI where ever we can.
John can you please pass on our thanks to Tony and the team at Broadway as well as Anton and the team at Asset Managers as thanks to these people we have kept our sanity and have been able to move on. We are on track for the house to be completed early Thursday morning and the new owners come through for a pre inspection at 12:00 Thursday afternoon.
As I say words fails me and we will be AMI clients for the rest of our lives.
John thank you so much for having people like this in your organization they are simply brilliant.

Letter of Appreciation - Greg (4 August 2009)
I have today received a letter from Greg Ryan expressing appreciation for the assistance provided to him by both AMI staff and your team of builders and painters following a recent arson attack on his home.
The circumstances were particularly trying for Mr & Mrs " " as they were in the process of selling their house with possession date very close. This obviously put a great deal of additional stress on them.
It is always a pleasure for me as Chief Executive of AMI Insurance to know that our business partners have the same objective of providing the highest calibre of Customer Care to our customers and this is always going to be put to its greatest test in circumstances such as experienced by Mr & Mrs " ".
I would like to take the opportunity to express my personal thanks to you and your team for a job well done.

Letter of Appreciation - Rob (4 October 2012)
Dear Mr Tallott I have had an insurance job in my garage waiting for about eight weeks. I kept putting it off because my wife had been in hospital. Last Friday I was delighted to bring her home and your office again contacted me on Monday. This was followed up by a promise to call next day.
The following day Roger arrived and within a few hours what seemed to me a difficult job of ripping out part of the ceiling and replacing it was done. Another member of your work force joined him but sorry I do not recall his name. They did a terrific job and left my rather untidy garage cleaner and neater than it has been for some time.
Roger explained what he was doing in a very friendly way so that the whole experience was a pleasure particularly following the stresses we have had recently.
I would like to recommend Roger and his helper as members of your Company of whom you can be more than proud. They were on time as promised and did an excellent job with no fuss, leaving us better off for having met them both.
We have already been given a date for the final paint job and feel sure we will be able to meet Steven in the same way.

My apologies that I did not get the suburb right, and had assumed that she lives in town, instead she lives in Orewa. However, you found out yourself that she is in Orewa, well done again.
